Just an Introduction

Hello Everyone,

I’ve been lurking around for a while, and finally decided to sign up.

I’m a total newbie to 3D, and I only started using Blender a few months ago. I must say that once you get used to the interface, its really quite intuitive. Managed to get the last copy of the Blender 2.0 Guide at the local Borders 2 weeks ago (in good condition, but with broken CD). Its been invaluable.

I should add that this is the first time I have joined a forum. Apologies in advance if I do anything out of order.

Cheers to all!

hello cracker!

welcome to the world of Blender!

we have a off-topic forum to type down our feelings outside CG area

but I can only agree that the Guide is a great jumpstart to learn Blender, many persons ask about stuff, but when having the Guide you know more than most that doesn’t have it, I did just like you when started, I bought the Guide 2 years ago when I started…

Besides, here are more docs for you and all beginners:

Hello, as everybody is saying.

BTW: I rarely ever do anything, so if you see me in the “Finished Projects” forum, and it actually looks good or is a big acheivement, I’d suggest fainting. That’s one of the basics of this forum: I, CubeFan973, suck.

Welcome

Stefano

Wow another new face :o . Welcome!
Feel free to ask any questions (in the questions and answers forum  ). I’m sure that you will enjoy the world of 3D…
