Finally, I have finished my transformer. Cycles is awesome but I have suffered a lot with noise mostly with white dots

1920x1200 version here:

2560x1600 version here:

I have rendered a red version:

Blender 2.61/Cycles render

wow… fantastic

i can’t believe it. Really. I need imperiously to see it transforming…
Congrats, man

This is amazing… is it ALLLLL blender???

… amazing.

Now, I would love to see your take on Goliath

Now the transformation animation with live action and camera tracking!

Thank you very much!!!

Samuel Mancas: Yes this is all blender except the sky background  (cgtextures.com). I used the sapling add-on for the bushes.

I’m sorry I don’t plan animation (maybe if I could make a time machine  ) but I want to make an other image in battle scene.

Excellent man, congrats!

Certainly, the modeling is awesome. The lighting of the finished composite scene leaves the robot itself slightly short-changed, though, and doesn’t really integrate so well with the base scene of the car. However, the meticulously detailed model of the robot itself is … ahh … something that I would not want to find behind my car! (I mean to say, as of right now, his car!!) :stuck_out_tongue:

Untouchable. I am not even going to pretend to have C&C. Except maybe to ask for even higher resolution.

Fantastic work, I agree that the integration into the scene isn’t as good as the models themselves, but still really top stuff. I’d love to see some wires and details

Great work! The only thing I would change about it is to make it a Decepticon.

great one

This is great! At first, I thought the transformer was the only CG element. Then I thought the background was CG; then I finally realized that the whole image was CG (with the exception of the sky). Nice job!

That is freaking cool!!!

Thanks guys!

Shane Plew: K.A.R.R. was a decepticon K.I.T.T. is an autobot

sundialsvc4: Thanks! I accept that the environment is less detailed then the robot or the car but I don’t fully understand the integration problem “doesn’t really integrate so well with the base scene of the car.” ?

Very very nice!!!
Excellent work.

I don’t really dig the robot, but the realism of the car is stunning!

Wow! That looks great! Only thing that looks off is the guard railing… don’t know what it is… but it just looks off…
