After almost a year of trying and learning Blender I finished animation of my first bigger project. It’s visualization of Kapusany Castle. 3D model is based on thisand this drawing.
Castle was built in 13th century, visualization is from 17th century.
I used BVH for walking animations.
I also did alternative beginning with particle system, but then I decided for what you can see in result.
Used software: Blender, Gimp, MakeHuman, slowmoVideo (for transformation of clouds), LMMS and Audacity.
Rendered with cycles (composited in Blender). I Hope you like it. Criticism is welcome.
Thank you, I did a little research on particle system in Blender and than I kept trying (animating size of particle, the direction object “grow”). In object which “grow” between 5-10 sec. in video, I use gravitation to make them fall (also put the falling object little up), when particles die they stopped “falling” (Should look like they hit lower object).
I was trying to achieve similar effect as is in 4D Cinema’s MoGraph.
I find a tutorial which can give you MoGraph effect (in some ways, link below).
This is amazing!!! Great work!!! The animation seemed a tiny (miniscule) bit choppy but seriously that took me to much work to find any fault in this render.
