Keep Pose For Bones In Edit Mode

Hello there guys basically all i’m trying to do is keep the pose in edit mode for the bones i know i can enable the buttons in the armature modifier Display Modifier In Edit mode Yes that works if you want to edit mesh and keep the pose but in my case i need to edit BONES and keep pose take a look at these screenshots

THIS NEEDS TO BE THE SAME FOR BONES EXECPT EDIT MODE

TO THIS EXECPT KEEP THE POSE ABOVE

Three step process. Select your mesh in object mode. Apply armature modifier in the armature modifier in the modifier stack with your new pose. It goes away. Select armature in pose mode )don’t move any bones) you want. Control A or Pose-Apply-Apply pose as rest pose. Select your mesh. Add back your armature modifier by add modifier and select your rig. You now have a new rest pose in edit mode. Hopefully you do this on a copy in case you want to go back. You always want to go back. LOL.

Hahaha I was thinking exactly the same thing…losing the original symetrical rest position and get a new non symetrical one is such a big problem because there seams to be no way to transform rest postions between armatures with the same bone name.
Only Bone transform constraints seams to work to handle this problem but for all bones…not a solution without a scipt.

It ruins the rest of the animations although the new relax pose works is there a way to have the new relax pose but not ruin the rest of the animations? Or just always have it followed based on the last pose it was in Maya it does. So i hope blender has it as well
