Keeping image in GLSL View

I know this has been asked a million times but I haven’t used Blender in about six months so I forgot. I made this crate awhile back and it’s perfect in Multitexture view but turns white with no textures in GLSL view. I am assuming if someone uses this in a game or animation that it will not be textured, so I need to fix that. Any tips? Thanks

Need to create a material. If using blender game engine create a material in blender if to be used in an external engine need to create a material there/for it.

That would be done with the node editor right?
