This could very well be the key that we’ve all been waiting for to the door of styleable particle hair 
Who’s the sexy bastard who made this thing?
I’ve been waiting for this kind of hair controling system.
Hopefully it will live up to expectations.
It looks promising from the picture because I can see that we are able to scale the hair along it’s entire length (assuming those 3 meshes are what is controlling the hair). So if we select the middle meshes and scale its width in, then the hair will be thin, scale width out will make the hair fat.
So again, very good idea, we’ve got style with hairs now!
