keyframe/animation problems when importing .blend files to Unity

Hi all, I’m having trouble when importing a .blend file to Unity. I’ve used similar .blend files in the same project without any problems, but this particular file doesn’t seem to work. The animations in the file are ±1400 keyframes, but the timeline ended at 400f. When I changed this to 1400f and imported it to Unity, the animations are all wrong. Anybody know what might be the problem?

Same files, same keyframe (102), only difference is the amount of keyframes.
