Keying Alpha Transparency in Timeline

I am needing to fade in-and-out the opacity of .pngs in the timeline so that these will export to .fbx or .glb animation.

  1. The 5 node approach I found works in Blender, but does not export out as an animation. Any advice?
  2. Is there any addon available out there to simplify this crazy process of adding opacity to elements in the timeline and export properly?

Animation of material properties cannot currently be exported to glTF/GLB, I’m not sure about FBX…
