Wow, the modelling and lighting look superb, but I think it’s really let down by the background scene. It’s a shame you’re not going to work on it any more, because it’s got a heap of potential. Well done, anyway.

The ant looks scary, the belt-muzzle combo is excellent, and the lighting is absolutely beautiful. It looks almost like those high magnification micrographs of insects with colour. Great work.
Just out of curiosity, how did you create the hair/fur? The fiber script, or something else?

Actually i made a circle of 8 points, scaled it and extruded it then copied it and changed it about 50 times. copied, copied and walla. no scripts, probably would have been alot easier though.

So, now you had to make a render with textures for eyes, with env Mapp, it should be good.
