This might not be the place but I want to say this seems uncalled for. You’re a talented artist that makes beautiful art, sure. This is beautiful and well-done, like your other work.
However, you’re engaging with a community of people with a wide range of experience, knowledge, and expertise. You’re not inherently superior to anyone here just because of your experience, and neither is anyone else. You have a lot of talent in what you do, but you also definitely have gaps in your knowledge that other people can fill. We all do, that’s what being a human is all about.

Yes, but when I get comments like “Your render lakes dispersion”… I am not receiving more knowledge, expertise and experience from the community. Then I also take the time to explain technical and artistic decisions that I make on purpose, and my explanation is taken as ignorance, as an excuse to not do better or as a mistake… When you live the experience of an artwork (any medium), you must ask yourself what the artist made willingly and conscientiously. Art is conscience.
And as you can see clearly, I am not about superiority, I ask for a fair exchange. You did exactly that in your answer, called for inteligence, for humanity. Knowledge helps us understanding others, loving others more by understanding why they do what they do the way they do it. When somebody explains you why he did something, it’s the human invitation to you to understand his point of view, and not for you to project what you think should be.
Believe me, your answer is in some way the first time I encounter a conscious answer here. And that makes me very glad. You indeed filled a gap. It was called for because I wanted to know, and now I know. Thanks to you.
And yes, you are right that it was also uncalled for many people here do an amazing job. And what you did was very human, believing and taking the time that it is worth it to explain and share, hoping that I can understand.
(on Facebook I posted that this render was dedicated to people with badly calibrated screens… My sense of humor might me different, but it is always with a lot of kindness)

I’m really impressed by the maturity of your answer, you’ve helped me see your perspective in a very rational way, and I appreciate that a lot. I may have been too harsh in my initial reply, I’m sorry if I was. Regardless, this is beautiful work and you should be very proud of it
