That’s expected. There are permalinks/301 redirects for topics, but not posts.
Ok, but this is not what I was told during the crowdsourcing campaign. 
Being told that links to individual post’s would not be broken (if the campaign got fully funded) was the main reason that made me donate.
Because when threads routinely have 100+ posts, just linking to the start of the thread are not a working solution.
