When I try to add/place a lamp in blender the option to add a lamp is not there when I use space and when I use add in the menus at the top of the program the lamp doesnt appear on screen and any options for adjusting them dont show anything. Sorry that I cant paragraph any of this but everytime i use return it erases the message. Any help with lamps would be appreciated. I’m new to blender but I have read tutorials so im pretty sure im not doing anything wrong unless its the settings or modes
You must Tab out of Edit mode on the Active Object to add a new one. The new object will be added at the 3D Cursor so Left-Click to p[lace the cursor where you want the new lamp.
