Erm, im doing this model but all of a sudden its went really slow? like it is jumping about when i try to move or extrude regions, any help?

you have set snap to on (the magnet it the 3dview toolbar), and snap type to increments.

just did more to the body of it. still needs hell of a lot of work though.
