Last years efforts WARNING: Religious Content

I have found time to upload some of my work to present it here - not all is that good, but this is where I’m coming from.

WARNING: These two were the animations I made for the kids’ services last year in November and December. I had about a week to get the fish done, and three weeks to get the donkey done. First experience with shape keys and animation at all, much less figure out how to uv texture

I made a composite piece for a Banks’ Christmas card where I modeled the lamps and wire and gave the png to the artist doing the actual photoshop work.

Thank you for looking

wow Craigomatic! How generous of you to share those scenes. The blend files are amazing, top quality. Thanks a lot. They’ll teach me a lot of new things.

You just reminded me of a CD cover I also made for a Christian band here.http://files.wildspad.com/afecelis/blender/wip/vivoesta.jpg
Once more, thanks for sharing. Great work!

Thanks for looking - I have been learning as I go, so please forgive me if the rigging is under par - the donkey is definitely needing more work if it is going to be set up for walking.

I like that cover, especially the glow on the shroud

You’re a fast learner then, heheheh
I’m glad you liked the cover as well. Since I made it in an older version of blender, the glow was post-pro in Gimp. Today it can be achieved inside blender with nodes.

Keep us updated with your work!
regards,
Alvaro
