I’ve just released my ‘Lattice Generator for 3d printing’ V1.7 over on superhivemarket. It is currently on their 25% off spring sale.
This is a geometry node based tool that allows for non-destructive creation of Lattice structures. You can alter your base model and just a few seconds later any hollowing or internal support structures will be updated. You can also use it to make printable wire frame versions of models. This functionality was previously limited to programs like Rhino and high end CAD programs.
The nodegroups are also modular so you can take elements and apply them to your own projects.

Currently a range of cubic lattices (Various basic cubic, diamond, Kelvin and even Weaire Phalen), TPMS (gyroid etc) are available.
Also available is a 3d voronoi/stochastic lattice, as well as the ability to make custom cubic and entirely custom structures. The voronoi structures are true 3d voronoi structures unlike many online tutorials which only work on the mesh surface.
All these can be modified in a variety of ways. From simple unit cell scale, to controlling lattice thickness in areas.
V1.7 brings volume and density information support to the addon. You now know the final mass of the part and can control some lattices by setting a target density.
There is also support for Isogrid structures that can help strengthen thin walled prints.

The addon works via SDF functions and whilst it wasn’t designed to connect with Blender 5.0+ grid nodes, it is possible to feed information between the 2 systems. For example by use of the ‘sample grid’ node.
Beyond the Lattice Generator I also have a ‘3d printable surface texture’ addon. This makes it possible to easily add procedural textures to printable objects.
