Lava Planet

This is an Improved version of the old artwork that I created,
The scene only consists of three spheres,
The first is flat, for the land,
The second has volume, for the clouds, since volumetrics proved to be good for clouds,
The last, which I will improve in the future, is also flat and is there for the atmosphere.
I would like critiques on this project,
As I have been a blender user for 2 years now, and am trying to improve my skills.

The Planet is micro-displaced by diferent noise, musgrave textures usind adaptive sub-div.

The Clouds are powered by an array of different noise textures with three different sizes, two textures for one type of size, that plug into different colour ramps, math multiply nodes then finally to mix RGB set to Add and then to the density of the volume scatter node.

And finally the texture created a heart.

Very nice! I think the atmosphere could be a little more gradiented as it thins higher up, and perhaps some lava glow on the night side?

@ShaunBlender
Thank you ShaunBlender,
I really appreciate the kind words,
And I totally agree with the atmosphere,
Will improve on it on my current Earth Project,
About the lava glow, I had no idea how to do that,
If you have any clue I am all ears,
Hope I haven’t been offensive in any way,
And Thanks again for your generous words they really mean a lot,
Happy blending

Hello BigBlend,
Thank you so much for your help,
This is exactly what I wanted,
But with toning down the glow,
Otherwise, you hit the nail on the head with this,
Awesome work :star_struck:
Keep creating.
