Looks superb. I bet it is fun to animate.
HOLY POOP ON A STICK, thats very cool, now to look at it full screen on my LCD moniter…
Oh man, thats some of the coolest blender work ive seen for a while. The landscape is fantastic. It looks perfect man.
:o This is amazing!!!
I have two questions:
wonderfull dewd…gives me a feeling of sweet victory…and I also want to know the answer of @ners question.
This is perfect, I couldn’t find anything to Crit!
Oh wait, now that I think about it, I’d like to see the plane a little closer to the camera, but thats just personal preference
Great work, no crits here.
Maybe a close up of the plane?
This turned out fantastic. I ove the scenery even more that the plane actually. Great job there.
I think that the spec on the plane is a little high, but that is my taste.

Wow! This is great. I’m trying to find something to crit, but I see absolutely nothing that wasn’t said here already. Again, wonderful job.

The only comment I have is that the hills in the background might a bit too much “in focus”. A slight mist or blur could fix this, although it’s really pretty much a nitpicky inconsequential thing.
I find myself saying this more and more recently…
Great work ADL7, I hate you.
Great work, very well done.
What I would like to know is, how did you create those clouds and the sunlight passing though them?
This is great job :o Can’t wait to see the animation.
Serialsiner.
Very nice! Its great how you created such a complete scene from so few elements. Its got a very professional polish to it. What kind of background/training/experience do you have?
{edit} typo in professional. How un-professional of me
Hi all,
“Mordon”
I bet it is fun to animate.“Serialsiner”
Can’t wait to see the animation.
Well this scene is not an animation, and if there is an animation it will way down the road.
The mountains were modeled in Leveller 2.2 demo and then I used Guy Von Renergens ter2blend.py v0.2 to import the file, and then made some slight changes with Blender.
The propeller is a extra texture my brother made to go with La-7 skin.

The landscape is fantastic.“BgDM”
I love the scenery even more that the plane actually.
Thanks
Hey I got your PM as well. The clouds and sunrays are a texture on a plane then I used narrow spot lights to make the sun light on the ground.
Thanks, I have about 10 years experience (self-taught) in 2D and about 5 years in 3D. But with Blender I used many online tutorials and the Blender Guide for my training. And I love adding cinematic arrangements to my art.
:o Great materials! Did you use Terragen to get such amazing ground effect ?
As i see grass was made with Fiber script, but it looks great.
The best thing i found in a whole scene is perfect day light and sun texture!
One more artwork of such quality and i’ll give up blending .
What the… I thought it was just your plane over a matte painting, but now you say the mountains are 3D! :o How much else of the landscape is 3D? It looks awesome!
:o
No remarks.
Thanx for the info, ADL7
OMG!!! :o
Great pic man, keep rock
