Until last Blender update it barely worked at all. It got fixed it somewhat. However it is ripe with problems still and essentially unusable for me unless I am missing the magic option to make it all work.
When using Curves for smooth edges, separate strokes don’t mix:
When not using Curves it works, until I change layer height. Then I get artifacts between different strokes. Trying to smoot these actually put holes in my mesh…
Setting layer height to 0 would be useful to undo brush strokes, but no instead it creates a black hole in the mesh.
Why is it whatever I do in Blender I run into problems like these? It is still unfinished software. I’ve had enough, switching to Maya.
