New batch of architectural renders. A second time with Octane Render.
Reproduction of a chalet located in northwest France, designed by Gayet Roger Architects.

It was just in time to test out the Graswald assets since they’re now free. They’re of excellent quality. Distributed with GeoScatter, since I’m more accustomed to using this addon as opposed to Gscatter.
Main addons were :
Geoscatter
Quixel
Some assets come from 3Dshaker, polyhaven, 3dsky. Some free and paid assets, some were done by me.
Oh and Octane render, if it count as an addon.
Yes, no magic shortcuts, especially for the vegetation, which requires some adjustments to appear correctly.
For some assets, there is a converter made by Andreas that works quite well. But yes, when using Octane and the libraries are made for Cycles, you have to get your hands dirty.
The 7th image is a little bit lower level due to that suspended light that seems too powered…the light is burning the wall and it’s not so pleased to watch.
I think that you should lower a bit the light intensity, like the real house photo.
I have a question about the wooden texture: do you create by yourself with something like Substance Designer or a texture library? if a library, which one?
Thanks ! I completely agree, and I hesitated to post this one.
For the wood textures, they come from Viz People. The edges of the panels are personal textures photographed and stitched together in Photoshop with a simple bump and roughness.
