Learn to read spanish

Anyone know a good tutorial on learning to read spanish ?

online you can try bablefish or google translate. http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/6189/ultralingua-dictionaries thats for ultralingua and costs 35 but it has a free trial to see if it can do what you need. be warned that most translation software uses proper european spanish and alot of latin americans wont understand it.

Thank you rdo3 im gonna use it, but what about learning to read spanish ?

you could try buying a spanish 1 textbook off of amazon.

There is a software “TEXTALOUD” with a Spanish package which reads Spanish Text “PERFECT” with Mexican, Spain or Chile accent. This is really great. Also mi lenguaje natal es español, that’s why I tell you that. These packages are really big, around 450 MB each. But it’s worth to have it.

( Let me know if you need more info )…BUENA SUERTE CHICA CON TUS ESTUDIOS DE Español !

Cheers

I took Spanish for 4 years in high school and this site helped me get most of it back: http://www.spanishdict.com/learn

It should help you, and it’s free.

some related books can be found on amazon. IF you want to refer to online info, google translate is a good choice.

Animaticoide by just reading I know you said you mother tounge is spanish & the second 1 is good luck in you spanish studies. Kris great website I registered it, but wish I could customize the course for reading & skip the speaking part.

Jenifer darling, the best place to learn Spanish is in bed. It’s the only way. However, if a member of the opposite sex is NOT available to teach you, then the second best way to learn is Spanish songs. Thanks God for Youtube -here is my quick selection:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UCF9oHXhDMU&feature=channel ; Flaca which means slim girl in English. Lyrics are interesting; “Aunque casi te confieso que también he sido un perro compañero un perro ideal que aprendió a nadar…”

The second song I recommend is Celia Cruz the legend sing I will survive in Spanish -good song, scares the Demons away. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bHirXDxpXq8

The third song I recommend to learn Spanish is Billy Crystal’s Fernando’s you look marvelous - I got American teeth and a Spanish mouth. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hZl3gGV4H6c

Well you get the joke, good luck Jenifer.:stuck_out_tongue:
