I am trying to learn how to use constrainst on armatures, but the tutorials I have found are so old they talk about IKAs. Is there any tuts written for 2.3+ yet ?

That tut got me going in the right direction. Hopefully I can also learn how to use track to, lock track, and the other types of constraints too. 8)
Also you can download a rig on this forum and study it. I great one to start with is the bip1.blend file. Search for it on is forum and study it.
