Legacy Mesh Format From Blender 2.7 (or 2.69) to Blender 2.59

I am creating a game with XNA, so, for all my animations, I have to use the Legacy Mesh Format in order to open the .blend in my old software.

This is the first time I have this problem, you can see below :

Some faces have disappeared… I dont know how to fix this, do I have to recreate these faces ?

Check the faces are not flipped, otherwise just fill the gap with faces which will take only seconds to do.

Also make sure your not a lazy modeller by your finished model having ngons. Ensure your object has only tris or quads before saving your file.
