Light dependant Eevee toon or cell shader, more like cycles toon shader

This toon shader behaves more like a normal material, because of the nature of shader to RGB node what you are doing is sampling the light casted on the surface, these values can go between 0 and infinity, that’s why I set offset, that sets where in this range to cut, and scale the sensitivity.

If a developer sees this post I really want a toon shader that behaves more like cycles toon shader, please :tired_face:, this is a solution(workaround) but a proper toon shader would be better.
