Hello everyone I created a Lighting Lister and light linking addon. You can see all lights in a single panel. adjust exposure, power, color. you can select, hide or solo mode for the lights. Also you can use ligh linking easly. select object, select light and include or exclude and apply. create more light link etc. by the way, you can managed emission object color and its strenght values. but I cant upload the code here

That sounds like a really useful addon. As for uploading the code, that is usually done to a developer platform (like GitHub) or online marketplace (like Superhive), which can then be linked to from here.
