please is their any in depth tutorial on how to do light mapping for a textured room, in blender game engine 2.7. As of now, i only know full render baking and it bakes both texture and shadows but with a limitation that the uv map should not overlap, which is not good for large levels. Please is their any tutorial for light maps in multi texture mode not GLSL.

You can have a second UV layout for the lightmap and set it to multiply. At least in the GLSL, I don’t know if that works for the multitexture as well.
thanks for caring, i think i will bake the shadows in planes, i will make it transparent small and use them as wall decals
