Uhhh looks great ^^
Especially the contrast between the energy beams and the rest of the piece.

I’m curious, what is the technique that you used to create these energy beams shooting from object to object?

Guessing something along the lines of creating the textures in PS and then projecting them onto the planes that follow their paths?
Or did those planes only serve as emissions to have realistic lighting and reflections and the means where made solely in PS?

Hello!,glad you appreciate the artwork!

There is no really a specific technique when it comes to editing your work in PS,i believe everyone has diffrent workflows. The light beams were textures made in gimp using the symmetry tool ,imported to blender as planes with an emission and alpha. After that i imported the project to Photoshop and started painting it over to my liking!

If you have any other questions feel free to ask again!

For sure!

And yeah everyone has their own ways and workflows, was just curious about your approach to it so thanks a lot for explaining ^^

Feel like it’d be something that I’d love to experiment around with some day!
