Light Probe with EEVEE

In the screenshot 1 of the tutorial from youtube, the reflection of the object on the mirror object when the light probe (plan) is located between Suzanne and the mirror plan.
However, Suzanne is missing on the mirror plan in screenshot 2 (My file). Is there some setting that needs to be adjusted?

Does the probe touch the surface? It should if it doesn’t. It looks like only the basic screen space reflections are used, like the probe isn’t doing anything.
