As you can see Susan lights to render right.
but Bad Birdy acts like the lights behind him even thou the lights in front of him.
How do I fix the way Bad Birdy lights ?
I’ve had issues with custom split normals and render/material/visibility settings on some imported objects. If you can’t find anything obvious there, can you share the file (or parts of it)?
BB not mine it’s from DAZ , can’t share DAZs files.
but if ya get daz there’s some free stuff. you can get BB.
But all of DAZs .obj files light backwards.
I don’t know Blender all that well ,So I’m clueless.
1 .export from DAZ .obj import to Blender.
2. export out of blender in .fbx format turn every thing off. not maps textures.
3. import back in to blender fbx.
I know this is not the best way but this way worked .it lights right now.
.obj use to be the go to format now may be its fbx.
That’s why I said “parts of it”. I don’t use DAZ and it’s nothing I intend installing.
Is this even on Linux? And if it was something that is not, how would I proceed?
