lighting bug and quality problem (please help)

hey guys
I’m trying to learn blender by myself (it’s too hard for me to learn from trainings …)
so , I’m using cycle render with nodes . after rendering a model of xnalara , it shows some shadow (or lighting) bugs & I don’t know how to fix it !

what can I do for fix that problem ?

2- and another thing is quality problem !

could you give us the scene?

Do the basic problem solving tasks

Check for duplicate faces / vertices
Check normals of all faces and recalculate or flip those which are inverted
If you have modifiers turn on/off to see if they are causing issues
Actually look at the mesh where you see these issues ? Move a vertex etc, do you see any problem etc etc

For support questions you should ALWAYS supply a demo blend file for review at the very minimum.
