Lighting Setup

I’m trying to model a basic square room, all white with something in the middle. Like the PS3 Comercials. I’m a total noob and I can’t get it to look good. Would it be best to do radiosity? Like I said, I’m not sure what to do… Just want a simple white room, used to stage stuff.

Try having a look in the manual under ambient occlusion. It might do the trick for you.

EDIT:
If you want lamps in the roof, try looking at either area lights, or ultimately radiosity, but area lights combined with ambient
occlusion might do just fine…

are you using yafray or blender internal to render?
