Lighting Split on Model?

I’m having a very annoying issue here and I have no clue how to solve it
With or without an edgesplit modifier, there is one point on my model where the lighting is completely split



give me some help?

In edit mode remove any internal faces, select all vertices (A), remove doubles (W / remove doubles) then recalculate face normals (Ctrl+N)

In the properties panel in edit mode enable normals display and you can manually flip any selected face (W / flip normals) so they are all consistent
