The lightsaber itself looks very nice modelling wise. I would suggest turning down the bump on most items in the scene. Are the bumps in the ground supposed to be pushing out of the mesh or carving into it? Either way I would work on the setting some more because the model is very well made.
Hello Regono. About the bump in the ground I tried some water drops but it seems weird… I am still learnig about PBR shaders (and english xD). Thanks for comment. I will continue working on it. Stay tuned!

If its water you need to add a sub division modifier on there to smooth it out a bit like really water dropplets. Then all you need is a glass shader at %100 white and it should look like water.
