hey i want to know how to smooth these sharp edges without making it balloony subdivide doesn’t work help is much apreciated:D

Typically if you want an edge to remain somewhat sharp, you can add a ring cut (ctrl+R) and slide it up close to the edge in question. This will prevent it from becoming “balloony”. Another way is to use the mark sharp and adjust the sharpness down a little.
The subsurf modifier in combination with the edge split modifier can create sharp edges while retaining the smoothing effect you want on some areas, with only sharp edges enabled (not edge angle thingy) you can create sharp edges by selecting the sharp edges and adding a sharp to them (ctrl e, mark sharp).
This will create sharper edges than adding additional loopcuts, aswell as making the model easier to work with, however if you don’t want very sharp edges, you’re better off adding loopcuts.
