Overall looks excellent. It seems like she has lots o verts and edges, but maybe that is subsurf lines we see. Set smooth the red ball thing in her hat/hair/ear thing on her head. Her midsection looks very tubey and not very abdominally.

i dont understand that “midsection”, can you mark it on the image please?.
Nice model, but the eyes are a bit freaky… probably because of their distance apart. Other than that, it seems like a pretty solid model.
