Lineing up UV edges

I created a scale texture in Photoshop Elements (using the stained glass filter), however I’m having trouble finding a way to line the edges up so that it results in a ‘seamless’ transition. So far it looks as if my only option is to use a procedural texture, although I’ve had mixed results with those. What method do you suggest?
