Lining 2 vertexes?

How can I line 2 vertexes in Blender? :-?

Hm two vertices are allways in line.

you can rotate them for the right orientation.

For three and more vertices use the 1D scale function [S] + MMB (MMB = [ALT]+LMB for a two button mouse).

If you mean how to make an edge between to vertices: [F] key (make edges)

You mean ‘make an edge between two vertices’.
Select both verts (Shft-RMB) and press F.
