Linked Copy Scene: How to unliked one object?

I have to use linked copy scene to do something:

How to unliked one object from a linked copy scene ? There is an option “unlink” when i right clic on a object in the outliner, but that make it disappear …Can you help me plz ?

What the point of Linked Copy scene if all I do have exactly the same effect in both of scene ? I would like to transform independently one object in the first scene. How can I do that ?
