Linked file with emission doens't work

Hi guys, i’m working on an interior viz, some of the assets are linked to keep the filesize smaller, as the lightpost i’m talking about.
the mesh have 2 emission planes on place of the light sources

, it works when I link it and it works when the layer is visible, but as soon as i make another layer visible the light stops working.

Any ideas on the reason?
