ok , here it is. But I just found many things i have to make better, like:
-higher subusrfs
-higher curv-resolutions
-adjust some positioning

WOW! The updated version really rocks! Really nice touch with all the red lights and signs and stuff! But… keep on adding detail!

BTW, couldn´t rendertimes be lowered if you rendered the clouds only, converted them to a texture which you applyied to a sphere around the city and then rednered? Or am I just being confused here?

That floating tree rocks, Your clouds kind of look like a background image, you might consider just taking a render of those and save it out and then use that image to make a background render to save you alot of render time?
