little dragon

Hi guys, Thanks for your responses. They’ve been invaluable help!
>>garuhhh: Those are really just for accent. Supposed to be heavier scales. I’ve seen them on other dragons before.
I’m kind of stuck on something though.
I want to eliminate the seams in the textures created by the UV unwrapping process.

The best option seems to be creating a new image of the area around the seam, editing out the seam in a paint program, then re-combining the “healed” image with the original texture.
I’ve read you can do this using multiple UV layers, and render baking.
But I haven’t been able to get it to work. I can’t produce the image with the seam area.
I really could use a break down of the process.

Since there are a couple of threads on this topic here already,
it might be best to respond in them.

What about using SSS on the wings? get a build from graphicall.org.

my only comment would be the blue line going down his forhead seems
too straight, maybe little bit not so straight might be nice

That is really good! How did you make the wing webing? I have been atempting to do that forever!!
And where di you get the texture? It looks really good!

Please don’t dig out these corpses, these thread is almost half year old…

To your question, it seems that first the “arms” were modelled and then the skin between them.

I want her as my pet, please. (I’m obsessed with dragons, and fantasy stuff)

This thread is old, don’t dig threads this old up even though the Dragon’s still cute.
