looks nice. I know your going for modern and minimalistic, but the scene is too bland. I would add some decoration. Also the area behind the stairs seems to be just dead, unusable space. Think of something creative to put under the stairs. Another thing, windows are never just one panel, add a frame around the window and add some dividers to separate the windows. And personally I would add a part in the image that is getting direct sunlight from the window. Remember these are all just suggestions.
for example if you look at the windows they are all divided by frames.

I totally agree with marckiener, you should add more props. But it is a really good start. Also, I think that stairs are too thin, maybe try to double that thickness. And one more thing - add something with more color, because now your image is a little bit boring

Thanks for your reply i’ll definitely improve on my next render!

Thank you for your advice. If you don’t mind check out my new render and perhaps give me your opinion

It seems there is no main object in this scene, everything looks quite obscure and vague.

Nice Render. You can add some human in this render.

Hi man, love some aspects of your scene and think your onto something. I would suggest as above, perhaps adding a picture or other decoration to the back wall which looks too bland. The carpet is particularly well done. If you can, introducing nature into a render helps to enhance emmersion, so adding in a potted plant or perhaps a tree poking through at the top left would help enhance the scene.

It’s nice but looks desolate. You want to try and create something where you’d just love to sit down, or at least just stand there and look at it.

That said, I just LOVE that shaggy rug. Wanna lay down on it and cuddle…
