Looking forward to seeing them!

Some updates to the model - getting the tender in place. A bit of a different feel to this render.

A long overdue update for this model. Lots of additional detail added. Next steps are to work on the materials and get it printed.

This latest setting of the engine is, I think, much better than the earlier ones. And it looks like the model is now virtually complete. The only thing that “catches my eye” is the apparent water on the cylinder housing: I don’t expect that to be there.

Thanks for the comment @sundialsvc4 - what you are seeing on the piston casing is actually a displacement of the surface. I’ve dialed it down in the next render.

Pretty much ready for the printers.

Minor updates to the model and rendered here at Waverley Station in Edinburgh.

Any more updates coming, it looks awesome, or is this it?

Thanks @JWC - there are still a few things to complete on the basic model. After that, I’ll likely start using its components to help build out my Railway Assets library as there are a lot of standard components on this loco that can be used to build others.
