Loading problem

Hello. Heres my feedback on loading.

While writing this, it keeps saving… frequently. Maybe its saving charqcter by character…
I always queue, and open multiple pages. Now, recently, when I open the page, the image are not loaded yet. Last few weeks it doesnt work like this. I can open some pages, do something else, then come back to read without having to wait again.

It’s related to the lazy loading that was included in this week’s update.

Which device+browser are you using? Does this only happen in tabs that you open in the background? Do they update after a few seconds when you switch to them?

Hello bartv. Happy new year.
Happens when I open in the background (multiple tabs), hoping that I don’t have to wait for those images in the background thread to load, while reading other thread .
I’m on Opera and Brave Android browser.

Do the images reload into higher quality once you switch to those tabs?

Yes it does. But I have to wait.
The purpose I open the tab in the background is to avoid waiting time by letting the thread and images to load while I’m reading other thread…

Ok thanks. Sorry but it sounds like that’s ‘by design’ - the lazy loading is meant to save bandwidth for such cases.
