It looks very fake and very CGish. The leaves look all the same, and in the upper right half, have no thickness. The vines are inorganic; they look like bent wire. The body of the padlock is too long. How is that hinge supposed to open when it is behind wood? Anyway, I don’t mean to be rude with this criticism, it is a decent image overall, but seriously flawed in my opinion.
Hey, Norumbega. Thanks for your comment. Anyway, I see those flaws, and try to fix it soon. 
It looks kind of cartoony or CGish, but to me it seems more like a style than a flaw. I think it looks great.
