it includes an executable attatchment. hmmm. sounds pretty serious. maybe i should do this ASAP! %|

last time i checked, the microsoft guys COULD speak english, and they usually didnt call me “friend.” I seem to remember more detailed emails also… with links to an appropriate article on the microsoft website. oh well, maybe microsoft changed their ways. :stuck_out_tongue: %|

yeah I saw something about that phoney microsoft email. Never got one myself, but I saw the virus in action. Very nasty. All microsoft patches come from microsoft windows update site,…only. :wink:

yeah. thats why i didnt take it seriously for a second. can you imagine if microsoft sent out its patches as attatchments?! :o

hahahahaha. some ppl are so st00pid. although i guess a person with only intermediate knowledge of a computer might fall for it…

what exactly does this particular virus do?
