Greetings all,
First of all, let me start with an introduction. I’m Chris, I am seventeen, and I live in England. Some of my interests include video editing, special effects, flash animation, and various other tidbits. I am currently working on a Maths GCSE to gain further qualifications in such subjects as programming, and other subjects heavily reliant on Maths.
Please do not propose to judge myself by my age alone, as I tend to be quite well spoken for my age, and I am far from immature. (At least I’d like to think so.)
I’ve been interested in modelling/animation for a little while now, to further the things I can do during video editing and such. After seeing a few examples of 3D work intergrated into video, I’ve decided it would be worth trying it.
I had saved up for quite some time, and got my hands on Maya - but decided that was way too advanced to jump straight onto that, and have since come across Blender - I wish I had done so much earlier, as it serves my needs perfectly, and best of all, is free!
I moderate various websites, and I run my own PC gaming website. I shall not post the links to either, as I am not yet a fully established member here, and I can fully understand that it will be considered advertising.
Well, albeit a brief introduction, I hope it’s enough to get a few of you interested in getting to know me. I’d quite like to make some friends on here, who are familiar with how Blender works, and wouldn’t mind answering a few of my questions now and then, either via PM on here, or an instant messaging program. I do not mind which, I would just like to get to know you all.
I’m not sure how active this site is, but I’m hoping to stick around. I won’t be much use for those with questions, as I am incredibly new myself, but I’ll try my best to give my comments on existing projects.
Frith,
Unconscious.
