Looking for a particular Lattice Tute-Help Please!

Hey All!

I recently ran onto a tutorial for lattices that used a oil can and lid and showed how to deform manipulate with lattices…

I have several kids in my 3D club who are interested in trying this so I was wondering if anyone else knew what I was talking about and could help me out :stuck_out_tongue:

Thanks in advance!!!

can’t remember ever seeing it :frowning:

I don’t think I ever saw that either. Here is a newer tutorial with lattices to deform a cartoon eye.

Seems like I got it off of Green’s tute list…but heck…I can’t even find that right now :stuck_out_tongue:

I am in a bad way today :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue:

Here is Green’s list:

But, I didn’t find what you described.

I know I saw this tute dang it!

It used like a Quaker State oil bottle shape and a little lid… used lattice to make the bottle deform almost like it was dancing, and the little lid kept doing little flips… and it had the tute on how to get the same effect :frowning: :frowning: :frowning:

HELP!!!

HAHAHA!!!

Found it!

Glad you found it.
Now, I do remember seeing it. :-?

Change of topic:
Weren’t you the one that had the Curtis Joseph helmet?

:stuck_out_tongue:

Yep that was me… modelled in Blender…why do you ask???

I thought that was a very well done model. I tried looking for it on your site, but couldn’t find it.

Seems kind of appropriate with the NHL playoffs going on.

Great comeback for Montreal the other night.
Looks like the Wings may be back in gear.
But … what about Philly???

GO HABS GO

Martin

I grew up watching Yvan Courneyer and Ken Dryden. If Montreal wasn’t in it, Boston was my second choice–anybody but the Flyers. Don’t forget Scottie Bowman coached in Montreal and Patrick Roy played there.

Boston, Montreal, Chicago, Detroit – some great teams with a lot of history this year. It’s a shame they don’t recognize Ottawa’s history going back to the early days.

No sweeps in the first round.
Ottawa is going to make it to the second??
Montreal/Ottawa would sure be a good series.
I’m still rooting for Detroit to take it all.
