I remember seeing somewhere a program that allowed one to adjust the rotating speed of the fans in the computer, but I can’t remember the name of the program. Does anybody have this? Or at least know what on earth I am talking about?
you need a hardware adation for that and normally they sell adjust acourding to the heat of the cpu.
Haa! Now there you are wrong, because I found the program 
(now I jsut have to hope my mb supports the speed changing)
Usually that is used for lowering the speed to reduce noise though
