I’m getting more and more into animation and I’m curious if anyone followed any good tutorials recently that focus on managing blender files, shots, sequences, scenes etc.
It’s a bit of hit and miss to figure this out myself.

I may be able to help with that a little with the videos I made. Now they are a couple years old now and I’ve since expanded/refined things a little, but overall, in general I’m still using the same system.
I also used it for a test animation as part of a complete shot process and it pretty much worked for that.
Anyway, should be enough to get you started/thinking about it all and adapt for your own needs.
