Hey guys, I wonder if any of you recommend any book on texturing? If there’s something like the go-to bible on texturing, that’s pretty much what I’m looking for.
I know it’ll be hard, if not impossible, to find a totally tool-agnostic book, but what I meant when I said “not blender/gimp specific” was that I really want to learn the art and then worry about the tools.
I’m looking at “Digital Texturing and Painting” (see here on Amazon) but I have mixed feelings. Any suggestions?
(oh and do let me know if you think I’d get better replies by posting this in another sub-forum, it didn’t feel right to post it under Support-Materials and Textures)
